5. Electrical, wiring methods, components and equipment, general industry (29 CFR 1910.305) – 3,452 violations
6. Powered industrial trucks, general industry (29 CFR 1910.178) – 3,340 violations
7. Ladders, construction (29 CFR 1926.1053) – 3,311 violations
8. Control of hazardous energy (lockout/tagout), general industry (29 CFR 1910.147) – 3,254 violations
9. Electrical systems design, general requirements, general industry (29 CFR 1910.303) – 2,745 violations
10.Machines, general requirements, general industry (29 CFR 1910.212) – 2,701 violations
